Refund policy

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Kindly return to the delivery person.

Damages and Wrong issuance
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective /damaged/ wrong/ missing so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. If you have received a wrong product or not within your order specifications, the product is to be returned without tampering or else your claim will not be accepted.

We will only accept claims made within 24 Hours of delivery on email (customercare@primecuts.co.ke).

Cancellation
Orders can only be cancelled via email one hour before your time and date slot selected.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
We deliver Perishable goods (Food) kindly note once received items can not be returned.

Refund
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method or in form of a voucher worth the refund amount. Please remember it can take some time for your mpesa or card to process and post the refund hence kindly give us 48 hours to complete the refund process.
